1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your device and remember certain information about your visit, such as your preferences or whether you are logged in. Cookies cannot execute programs or deliver viruses to your device.
In addition to cookies, we may use similar technologies such as pixel tags, web beacons, or local storage. For simplicity, this policy refers to all these technologies collectively as "cookies".
2. Who sets cookies on this site?
Some cookies are set directly by us (first-party cookies). Others are set by third-party services that appear on our pages (third-party cookies). We list all cookies in the inventory table in Section 4.
3. Categories of cookies we use
Necessary
These cookies are essential for the website to function. They enable core features such as user authentication, security, and session management. Without them, services you have asked for cannot be provided. These cookies cannot be disabled via our cookie settings.
Preferences
These cookies allow the website to remember choices you make (such as your language preference or UI theme) so we can provide a more personalised experience.
Statistics
These cookies collect anonymous information about how visitors use our website — for example, which pages are visited most often and whether visitors receive error messages. All data collected is aggregated and anonymised. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for this purpose.
Marketing
These cookies track your browsing activity across websites to deliver advertisements relevant to your interests, and to limit how many times you see the same ad. They are placed by us and our advertising partners (Meta/Facebook, Google Ads).
External Media
These cookies are set when you view content embedded from third-party platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, or SoundCloud. They allow those platforms to work correctly and may track your viewing activity on their respective services. Without them, embedded media players will not load.
Functional (third-party services)
We use the Google Maps Places API on account pages to provide address autocomplete functionality. When you type in an address field, your input is sent to Google's servers to generate suggestions. Google Maps does not set persistent cookies for this feature, but Google may log the API request in accordance with its own privacy policy. This service is loaded only on logged-in account pages and is used to improve address accuracy. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Cookie inventory
The following table lists the main cookies currently in use on this site. Third-party services (YouTube, Google, Meta, Microsoft) may set additional cookies not listed here; refer to their respective privacy policies for a complete list. We review and update this table whenever we add or remove services.

5. How to manage your cookie preferences
You can manage or withdraw your consent at any time via the Cookie Preferences panel. You can open it from the consent banner or from the Cookie Policy link in the site footer. You may accept or reject specific categories of cookies, or reject all non-necessary cookies at once.
You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block all cookies or to be notified when a cookie is being set. Note that blocking all cookies may affect the functionality of some parts of this website. Useful browser-specific instructions:
6. Third-party opt-out tools
You can also opt out directly from each third-party service:
- Google Analytics: Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
- Google Ads: Google Ad Settings
- Meta / Facebook: Meta Cookie Policy
- Microsoft Clarity: Microsoft Privacy Statement
- YouTube / Google: Google Privacy Policy
7. Do Not Track
Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature. We currently do not respond to DNT signals because there is no industry-wide standard for implementing them. Your choices made through our cookie banner are the applicable mechanism for controlling tracking on this site.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, regulation, or our business practices. When we make material changes, we will display a new consent banner so you can review and reconfirm your preferences. The "effective date" at the top of this page indicates when this version was published.
9. Contact
If you have questions about this Cookie Policy or how we use cookies, please contact us at privacy@teliamusic.com.
