These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Telìa website and music platform (the "Service") operated by Walter de Minicis ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms on your behalf.
For users in the European Union and United Kingdom: if processing of your personal data is based on consent, you must be at least 16 years old (or the lower age set by your member state, where applicable) to provide valid consent.
2. Accounts
Some features of the Service require you to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or remain inactive for an extended period.

Our content
All content on the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio recordings, photographs, and software — is owned by or licensed toWalter de Minicis and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
License to you
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
Your content
If the Service allows you to submit or upload content, you retain ownership of that content. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute it in connection with the Service.
5. Third-party services and links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or display content from third-party platforms (such as YouTube, Spotify, or SoundCloud). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) listed on the Service are independent services. Accessing music through those platforms is subject to their terms and any applicable subscription.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that it will be available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WALTER DE MINICIS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed €100 (or the equivalent in your local currency).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Walter de Minicis, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your account through the account settings or by contacting us at privacy@teliamusic.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Upon termination, the sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive will survive, including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.
10. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Genova, Italia.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by posting the new Terms on the Service and updating the "effective date". Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service before the effective date of the changes.
